Big boy bath!

Bath time is the greatest! We have finally graduated to the big boy bathtub... which allows more room for toys, bubbles, and splashing!  We frequently spend so much time in the tub that Wells' toes turn to prunes!  The best part of all... snuggling post bath... all squeaky clean.

Easter

Happy Easter!  It was a warm and sunny Nashville day... perfect for church, Easter lunch, and an Easter egg hunt!  Wells enjoyed spending time wrestling Mr. Bear and playing with Eliza (daughter of our friends Poppy and Brian).  Today was a perfect day to celebrate our many blessings.

Annie and Wells meet!

Dear friends of ours, Allison and Andrew Donovan, had a little girl, Annie, about 4 weeks before Wells was born!  We've decided an arranged marriage is perfectly okay!  Allison, her mother, and Annie all came into town (they live in NC), so we met for a lovely Friday lunch at the Puffy Muffin in Brentwood... definitely one of my favorites.  I have to say, it was love at first sight for Annie and Wells!

Visit from Nancy & Tom!

Mom & Dad came for a visit in the beginning of April.  Wells even had a whole day with them just to himself while Richard and I were in Memphis for lacrosse games.  We spent time snuggling, walking, singing, JUMPING (his johnny jump up is currently a favorite!), reading books, and playing with his new friend Penny (Mom's puppy).  Penny and Wells have a special bond!  We love visits from Nancy & Tom!

Afternoon with Dink!

Wells spent the afternoon with Dink while I was out coaching.  He loved learning from his cousin Charlie and chatting with cousin Ellie.  A special person even brought his gym up by the sandbox!  Afternoons with Dink are full of fun and activities!

First solid food!

Before, during, and after photos!  Today Wells had his first solid food!  He gobbled his rice cereal down... and shared some with his face and bib.  It was hilarious watching him figure out the whole spoon to mouth thing.  Once he got it, we couldn't get it to him fast enough!

Daddy's 76ers outfit!  This sweatsuit has been worn by Kelly, Bobby, Richard, Charlie, and now Wells! Whew!  He looks particularly like Daddy in this one.
